Throughout Planet Week 2013, Apr Fifteen-20, we hope to obtain university students to lower the national average of textile waste, and are teaming up with SUSTAINU Clothing for the oneShirt Challenge to accomplish the goal.

Universites and colleges across the nation will compete for the gaining name of "Big Shirt on Campus," an honor bestowed around the establishment that collects probably the most fabrics (clothes and footwear) throughout the one-week challenge. Planet Aid is the recognized textile recycler for that oneShirt Challenge and will provide pick up boxes and donate clothing to some non-profit organization of the school’s choice, based on how much is collected.

This past year, the oneShirt Challenge gathered a lot more than 60,000 pounds of clothing.
